Faculty development activities and programs are designed to assist the members in developing skills. The 3 domains which include skills related to the roles of teacher & educator, researcher & scholar, and administrator & leader. This training prepares faculty members for contemporary teaching methodologies. It includes workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance the intellectual and academic environment in institutions.
